When my personal trainer keeps telling me to add more edamame to my food intake, I listen...and of course create more edamame recipes to share with you all!

This Air Fryer Edamame recipe is exactly that. Sometimes it can get boring to eat the snack on the same thing so why not change it up a bit? I have made this Air Fryer Edamame 3 ways for you so you can incorporate this easy snack into your meal prep this week and change up the flavor as you go!

    Benefits of Edamame

Edamame is immature soybeans in the pod. They have become popular across the world as they are a great source of protein, fiber, folate, and omega-3 fatty acids.

    Garlic Parmesan Roasted Edamame

For this version, Bel Gioso makes great vegetarian parmesan cheese. If you're keeping it vegan, Follow your heart also makes vegan cheese that's delicious!

I mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then roast them in the air fryer for about 10 minutes.

    Spicy Miso Roasted Edamame

This version is my favorite. It has umami and spicy flavors which makes it the perfect mid-day snack or appetizer. Combine all the ingredients to the edamame and air fry!

    Masala Edamame

I love using Shan Chaat Masala. You can find a variety of them at South Asian grocery stores or on Amazon. Combine all the ingredients and roast in the air fryer until golden brown. I love drizzling lime over this version!

    Storage

If you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container for 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for about 5 minutes.
